NOSHNI operates exclusively as an online store. We do not operate any physical retail showroom or storefront.

2. Product Availability

Many of our jewellery designs are produced in limited quantities, and in most cases only one piece is available per design.

Once a product is sold, it may not be restocked.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until your order is successfully completed.

3. Product Information

We strive to display product images, colours, and descriptions accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display settings.

Minor variations in finish or appearance are normal due to lighting and photography.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated during checkout.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

NOSHNI is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Only products that arrive damaged during delivery are eligible for return consideration.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, product images, graphics, and designs are the intellectual property of NOSHNI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
